Products and orders

Read each product description, age guidance and safety instructions before ordering. Assorted colours and mystery designs may vary. Photographs showing multiple colours may illustrate the range; the stated pack quantity determines what you receive. Toys are not food. Keep small parts away from children under three and follow the product-specific age guidance.

Order acceptance depends on payment and product availability. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and refund any payment for unavailable items.

Pricing and promotions

Prices are in CAD. Shipping and any applicable charges are shown before payment. Eligible small NeeDoh products receive 15% off for 2 items, 20% off for 3–4, and 25% off for 5 or more. Each retail pack counts as one item. Calendar gift bundles and Water Pets offers have their own pricing and do not receive an additional mix-and-match discount. Offers do not stack.

Bundle comparisons use the current price of the included products bought individually. Free mystery gifts may vary in colour and style.

Our shipping and refund policies explain delivery estimates, rates and return procedures and form part of these terms.

Your rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable Canadian federal, provincial or territorial consumer law. The 30-day unused-return conditions do not limit your rights for defective or incorrectly supplied products. Contact us about a fault or incorrect item and we will arrange an appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return costs where required.

Using the website

Do not misuse the website, interfere with checkout or submit unlawful content. We may correct genuine errors, but will contact you before making a material change to a paid order.
