Shipping within Canada

All shipping prices are in CAD. We currently ship to Canada only.

Shipping rates

Orders of $49.99 CAD or more after discounts: free standard shipping.
Orders below $49.99 CAD after discounts: $13.99 CAD standard shipping.

The threshold excludes shipping and any separately calculated taxes. The applicable rate is displayed before payment.

Processing and delivery

Estimated processing: 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery after dispatch: 7–15 business days. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Weekends, public holidays, customs checks and peak periods may cause delays.

Orders may ship from our overseas fulfilment partners and may arrive in separate parcels. We send tracking details when available. For remote addresses, delivery may take longer.

Help with delivery

Please check your delivery address before placing an order. For a missing, delayed or damaged parcel, contact hello@getplayparade.com with your order number. If a delay prevents us from meeting a legal delivery obligation, your statutory remedies remain available.

Any import charges not collected at checkout may be assessed by local customs. Contact us before ordering if you need clarification.
