Refund policy

Returns and refunds

We accept change-of-mind returns requested within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Start a return

Email hello@getplayparade.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will provide return instructions and the correct return destination. Please do not send products to an address on a parcel without first contacting us.

For change-of-mind returns, you pay return postage. Original delivery charges are not refundable unless required by law. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Bundles and gifts

Returned promotional bundles should include the associated free gifts. For a partial return, the refund reflects the amount paid for the returned items after the original discount; we will explain the calculation before you send anything back. This does not restrict statutory rights.

Refund timing

We aim to review returned items within 5 business days of receipt. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your payment provider may take additional time to display the refund.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable Canadian federal, provincial or territorial consumer law. The 30-day unused-return conditions do not limit your rights for defective or incorrectly supplied products. Contact us about a fault or incorrect item and we will arrange an appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return costs where required.
